Job Description

We are looking for a Property Preservation Analyst to support preservation activities for residential and commercial properties in Virginia Beach, Virginia. This Long-term Contract opportunity is well suited for someone who is highly organized, comfortable working with documentation and property data, and able to keep multiple maintenance-related tasks moving in a fast-paced setting. In this role, you will help ensure inspections, repairs, and reporting are completed accurately and on schedule while supporting compliance with client and regulatory expectations.
Responsibilities:
  • Arrange property inspections and track scheduling to ensure evaluations are completed within required timeframes.
  • Examine inspection findings and property images to determine condition issues and identify necessary maintenance or repair actions.
  • Prepare and submit reports, records, and supporting documentation in line with client standards and established deadlines.
  • Coordinate with field vendors to assign preservation and maintenance work and confirm services are performed as requested.
  • Oversee active work orders, follow up on outstanding items, and help drive timely completion of assigned activities.
  • Maintain up-to-date internal records by entering inspection results, vendor updates, and related documentation accurately.
  • Work across internal teams to support adherence to client guidelines, regulatory requirements, and service expectations.
  • Participate in quality review efforts to confirm files are complete, accurate, and ready for submission or audit review.
