Equipment Dismantling Technician Berryville, VA Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM C2 Management is hiring an Equipment Dismantling Technician to join our Operations team. This Equipment Dismantling Technician role is a physical, production-based position focused on dismantling freight, large equipment, and heavy metal materials . You'll be breaking down oversized items to recover valuable metals and components. If you like hands-on work, using tools, and staying active throughout the day — this role is for you. This is not bench repair or delicate IT work. This is industrial dismantling of large, heavy, and sometimes sharp materials in a fast-paced warehouse environment. What You'll Be Doing Dismantling freight, large equipment, and oversized materials Cutting, breaking down, and separating metal components Handling heavy and sometimes sharp metal items safely Using hand tools and power tools daily Sorting metals and materials for recycling and recovery Keeping materials organized and production moving Maintaining a clean and safe work area Meeting daily production goals What We're Looking For Comfortable performing physical work all day Able to lift up to 50 lbs and handle large items Comfortable working with heavy, sharp, and industrial materials Experience with hand tools and power tools (or willingness to learn) Reliable attendance — we depend on our team showing up Ability to follow directions and work independently Strong work ethic and team mindset Experience in construction, demolition, scrap, recycling, manufacturing, or warehouse environments is a plus — but we will train the right candidate.
