This role supports both domestic and international production and works closely with vendors, internal teams, and third-party inspection partners. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and has a strong eye for detail. Apparel or quality experience is helpful, but not required — we're willing to train the right person who is eager to learn and has the skills and mindset to be successful in the role.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance Inspect incoming, in-process, and finished products to ensure they meet Commando quality standards and product specifications. Coordinate third-party inspections with QIMA, SGS, and other partners, and review inspection reports. Manage in-house wear testing, including coordination, tracking, and review. Request, track, review, fit, and approve TOP samples. Communicate with domestic and international vendors regarding samples, materials, approvals, timelines, and quality concerns. Maintain organized sample logs and sample storage. Review vendor-sourced materials and substitutions for previously approved materials. Review and approve substitute thread colors and other production materials. Production Support Support in-house production, including material organization, trimming and tagging, fabric layout, and other hands-on production activities. Partner with the Manager, In-House Manufacturing & Quality and other teams to support quality and production priorities. Assist with other projects and responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Clear written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently, use good judgment, and follow through on responsibilities. Flexible, adaptable, and willing to learn. Experience in quality assurance, apparel manufacturing, product inspection, or a related field is a plus but not required. To apply, please contact Human Resources at careers@wearcommando.com. We look forward to hearing from you!
Pay:
From $20.00 per hour
