Job Description

Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a Quality Tech II role for our client's Pitman shift operations in Burlington, WA. Our client is a well-established industry leader known for innovation and a commitment to delivering high-quality products. Position Details:
Shift:
Pitman Schedule (12-hour shifts) 1 Day Shift opening 2 Night Shift openings
Pay:
$26/hour (flexible for the right candidate)
Night Differential:
+$2/hour
Key Responsibilities:
Perform quality inspections on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with company standards. Accurately enter and manage quality data using computer systems and software. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve quality issues in a fast-paced production environment. Work closely with production teams to ensure consistent quality and adherence to specifications. Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of inspections, findings, and corrective actions. Monitor production processes and recommend improvements to enhance quality and efficiency. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality procedures. Communicate effectively with team members and leadership regarding quality concerns.
Qualifications:
Previous quality control experience in a fast-paced production or manufacturing environment (non-lab, non-cleanroom required). Strong computer skills and comfort with data entry and digital systems. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Experience working 12-hour shifts is a plus. High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards. Strong communication and organizational skills.
