We are looking for detail-oriented pros with a high school diploma, 2 to 4 years of inspection experience, and proven 8D location: Everett, Washington job type: Contract salary: $21.42 - 27.28 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: High School responsibilities: Perform thorough mechanical, cosmetic, incoming, return, and assembly inspections for Our Client's Advanced Lavatories and Cabin Integrations value stream. Support quality control activities across sustaining operations and new product introductions, including First Article Inspections using engineering drawings. Document non-conformances, report major issues to leadership, and 8D reporting and 5 Whys methodology to complete corrective actions for Our Client. Work independently and alongside cross-functional teams to maintain precision and meet tight production deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Conduct all quality inspection and coordination duties in strict accordance with Our Client's operational guidelines and Health & Safety procedures.
