The Indoor Air Quality(IAQ) Technician will clean out ductwork, furnaces, air handlers, and dryer exhausts in residential homes. Applicants must be at least 21 years of age due to vehicle insurance requirements for driving a company vehicle You are: A highly motivated, dependable, self starter, with time management skills. This position requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills to maintain relationships with customers and team members. The IAQ technician is able to ascend and descend ladders and work in crawl spaces and attics with limited clearance. Compensation and Benefits:

Daily Duties and Skills:
Operate HEPA Vacuum Machine in residence. Clean both supply and return air ductwork Clean blower assemblies in furnace and/or air handler Educate and offer the customer products that Bob's sells. Interact with customers. Responsible for quality control Must be able to understand the products Bob's sells. Other duties as assigned Ability to work independently. Interact and provide excellent customer service to Bob's customers Basic knowledge of furnace operation Ability to operate hand tools and equipment Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills required. Ability to lift 50 pounds. Ability to move 100 pounds Manual dexterity required for operating equipment

Electrical Trainee License CPR Card Valid Washington State Driver's License Working Conditions :
Working conditions are in finished or near finished residential homes. Work involves frequent lifting of product up to 50 Lbs. Frequent access to crawl and attic spaces with limited clearance is necessary. Must be able to ascend and descend ladders and work in inclement weather. Equipment operation requires the use and ability to wear Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) including glasses, gloves, ear protection, work boots and hard hats. Must wear shoe booties and loose fitting clothes and jewelry are not permitted.
