Position Summary Credence is seeking a Refugee Programs Quality Assurance Specialist to support program quality, compliance, and performance improvement initiatives within health and human services programs. This role is responsible for analyzing program operations, monitoring compliance, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting quality assurance activities that enhance program effectiveness and service delivery. The successful candidate will work closely with program staff, stakeholders, and service providers to assess performance, identify opportunities for improvement, provide technical assistance, and support data-driven decision-making. This position requires strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and compliance. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below: Monitor program performance and evaluate compliance with established policies, procedures, and quality standards. Conduct program, process, and systems analyses to identify opportunities for improvement and operational efficiency. Review and validate program, clinical, and surveillance data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity. Analyze trends, findings, and performance metrics to identify risks and recommend corrective actions. Support quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives across program operations. Collaborate with stakeholders to address compliance concerns and implement quality improvement measures. Develop reports, analyses, recommendations, and documentation to support leadership decision-making. Assist with monitoring activities, assessments, audits, and program reviews. Provide technical assistance, guidance, and training to staff, providers, and program partners. Maintain documentation supporting compliance, quality assurance findings, and corrective action activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support quality, performance, and operational goals. Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to support mission-critical health and human services programs.
