Job Description

Help Protect Food Safety, Product Quality, and Customer Trust Royal Ridge Fruits is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Technician to support our food safety and quality programs. In this role, you'll perform product evaluations, environmental monitoring, quality inspections, microbiological sampling, and documentation activities that help ensure our products meet customer, regulatory, and company standards. What You'll Do Collect and prepare product samples for laboratory testing. Perform environmental monitoring and routine quality inspections. Conduct product grading, evaluations, and water activity (Aw) testing. Inspect incoming ingredients and packaging materials. Maintain accurate quality records and documentation. Support GMP, HACCP, FSMA, and food safety compliance programs. What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent. 1-2 years of experience in food manufacturing, quality assurance, food safety, inspection, or related work. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to maintain accurate records and follow procedures. Basic computer proficiency. Bilingual English/Spanish. Why Royal Ridge Fruits? Pay:
$25.00 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
