We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Aerospace Inspection Technician to perform in-process and final inspection of precision machined aerospace components. This is a hands-on inspection role focused on repetitive production inspection, accurate documentation, and keeping parts moving through the shop. You will work closely with lead inspectors to set out daily quotas for inspection throughput. Swing Shift Preferred but all shifts available: Day M

5:30 am- 5:30 pm, 3 x 12 paid for 40 Responsibilities Perform 100% inspection of machined components as required.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, tolerances, and GD&T . Inspect parts using height gages, micrometers, calipers, bore gages, pin gages, thread gages, chamfer gages , and other conventional inspection equipment. Accurately record inspection results and maintain traceable inspection records. Identify and document nonconforming product and create NCRs/NCs when required. Perform in-process and final inspection in accordance with customer and AS9100 requirements. Work closely machinists and production to quickly identify and communicate inspection issues. Qualifications Experience inspecting precision machined parts . Working knowledge of GD&T and blueprint reading . Comfortable performing repetitive inspections while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Experience with manual inspection equipment and aerospace quality documentation. Reliable, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Aerospace machining and AS9100 experience strongly preferred.
