Job Description

Position Summary This position supports guitar pickup production through hands-on bobbin building and inventory management while also performing part-time quality control duties. The role requires precision assembly skills, strong organization, and the ability to transition between production-focused tasks and quality assurance responsibilities to maintain Lollar's product standards and inventory accuracy. Bobbin Building & Prep Assemble pickup bobbins according to Lollar standards Prepare partial assemblies for efficient production flow Perform sanding, drilling, tapping, taping, cleaning, eyeleting, and sorting of parts Produce required quantities as directed by the Production Manager Create bobbin and baseplate assemblies as needed Complete and submit all required production paperwork Document procedures, order details, and progress Inventory & Production Support Determine required bobbins and baseplates to fulfill production orders Monitor inventory levels of finished bobbins and baseplates Monitor and cut lead wire, hookup wire, and shim pack components as needed Enter finished subassemblies (bobbins, baseplates, wire) into inventory system Quality Control

• Perform final quality control testing of all pickups and pre-wired kits prior to shipping Review product build assemblies as they enter production Verify finished goods against inventory records prior to shipment Stock finished goods in designated locations after QC approval Enter assembled products into inventory system Verify shelf stock and adjust inventory as needed to ensure accuracy Maintain documentation related to quality checks and final approval Qualifications & Skills High level of manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude Ability to assemble delicate components and perform repetitive tasks with consistency Experience using small tools, adhesives, and production equipment Strong attention to detail and quality standards Good organization, documentation, and communication skills Ability to work independently or as part of a team Adherence to all safety policies and procedures

Pay:

From $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
