In this role, you will play a hands-on part in ensuring that manufactured products meet established quality standards through careful inspection and precise measurement. You will maintain thorough records, support a safe and organized work environment, and take ownership of accept/reject decisions that directly impact product quality. Paid Weekly, Direct Deposit, Affordable Health Care, Full-Time, Career Advancement Opportunities Key Responsibilities Monitor production quality by inspecting products and verifying conformance to specifications Utilize precision measurement instruments — including calipers, micrometers, and scales — to assess parts and components Evaluate inspection results and make informed accept or reject determinations for products Maintain thorough and accurate inspection records and documentation Support the upkeep of a safe, tidy, and well-organized work area Actively contribute to the organization's quality goals through diligent, detail-oriented work Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify small discrepancies or defects Reliable, responsible, and able to work effectively as part of a team Proficient with hand measuring tools and comfortable applying basic math and algebra Open to learning and consistently following established quality procedures Physically able to stand or walk for extended periods of up to 8 hours per shift and lift up to 50 lbs as needed SmartTalent Staffing is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
