Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Quality Control Technician to join our growing precast concrete team in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of product quality and safety through testing and inspection of precast concrete components. This role requires understanding of quality control procedures and precise measuring skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough quality control inspections and audits on precast concrete products to ensure compliance with industry and construction standards. Use measuring tools such as tape measures and squares to verify dimensions and tolerances of concrete components. Maintain accurate records and documentation. Analyze test data and inspection results, identifying discrepancies and recommending corrective actions. Work closely with precast production and construction teams to resolve quality-related issues. Assist in the development and improvement of quality control processes to enhance product reliability and overall performance.
Qualifications:
Experience in a quality control or quality assurance role. Familiarity with QA/QC standards. Proficient in the use of measuring tools, including tape measures and squares. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills for interpreting data and test results. Excellent communication and collaboration skills across departments and teams. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced construction setting.
