Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Batching and QA Tech to join our manufacturing team. This pivotal role combines quality assurance oversight with batching operations, ensuring that all products meet stringent quality standards prior to production runs. This key role will uphold customer requirements and foster a culture of excellence for the batching team. Your expertise will help deliver safe and accurate high-quality products. Duties Collaborate with the batching team to ensure production aligns with quality standards Conduct regular quality audits to focus on batching accuracy and ingredient specifications. Work with management to optimize batching procedures to enhance efficiency Coordinate cross-functional communication between manufacturing, quality assurance, regulatory teams to resolve issues swiftly. Lead root cause analysis for quality deviations and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Maintain comprehensive documentation of quality control activities Adhere to all food safety procedures

Qualifications:

Experience in food safety and batching processes Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across departments and clear reporting of quality issues. Valid driver's license to travel between locations in

Burlington Pay:

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 45.0 per week
