Job Description
Quality Assurance Technician Looking to Grow Beyond Production? We're seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to help ensure product quality and food safety throughout our manufacturing process. This is a great opportunity for someone with food production, packaging, sanitation, or manufacturing experience who wants to build a career in Quality Assurance. Responsibilities Perform quality checks and inspections on the production floor Monitor products to ensure quality and food safety standards are met Conduct sanitation and GMP audits Collect samples and perform basic laboratory testing Document findings and communicate quality concerns Partner with Production, Packaging, and Sanitation teams to resolve issues Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 1+ year of experience in food manufacturing, production, packaging, sanitation, or quality Experience following GMPs, procedures, or food safety standards Strong attention to detail and communication skills Ability to work independently and support compliance initiatives Bilingual English/Spanish Why Join Us? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
