What You'll Do Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections on precision machined components. Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications. Verify dimensional accuracy using precision measuring equipment. Identify and document nonconforming product. Maintain accurate inspection records and quality documentation. Partner with production to ensure customer quality requirements are consistently met. Support continuous improvement and quality initiatives throughout manufacturing. What We're Looking For Previous Quality Inspector experience in a manufacturing environment. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints. Experience using precision measuring equipment such as: Micrometers Calipers Height Gauges Dial Indicators Other precision inspection tools Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Good communication and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience inspecting precision machined components. CNC machining or Swiss machining manufacturing experience. Familiarity with ISO quality systems. Experience with CMMs, vision inspection systems, line audits, or other advanced inspection equipment is a plus but not required. Candidates with strong inspection fundamentals who are eager to learn advanced quality systems are encouraged to apply.
