Quality Inspector - 1st

Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our team on 1st shift. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting, measuring, and testing materials and products to ensure compliance with established quality standards and procedures. Key Responsibilities Inspect, measure, and test materials using established methods and quality standards. Operate a variety of inspection and testing equipment, including: Vision Systems Vernier Calipers Micrometers Rulers Oscilloscopes Digital Volt Meters (DVMs) Power Supplies Defib/Pacer Analyzers Custom testing fixtures Accurately document inspection and test results according to company procedures. Maintain quality records and documentation, including: Device History Records (DHR) Inspection History Records Follow inspection procedures and quality requirements to ensure product compliance. Qualifications Required Experience 1-3 years of experience in a quality inspection or related role. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to read and interpret specifications, procedures, and engineering drawings. Experience using mechanical and electronic testing equipment. Basic computer proficiency, including: Microsoft Office Oracle Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)

IPC-A-610D

certification or knowledge preferred for incoming inspection. Education High School Diploma (HSD) or equivalent required. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
