CMM Operator/Programmer Our CMM Operator/Programmers are responsible for quality operations in divisional areas to ensure production lines produce a product that meets customer quality and delivery requirements. This includes but are not limited to: Measuring process performance, investigation, and reporting in support of manufacturing operations. Responsibilities Develop and create CMM Programs

Ensure quality of product meets company's standards

Investigation and work corrective actions for product opportunities

Document nonconformance reports

Coordinate with production and quality leaders on a variety of quality issues

Provide appropriate blueprint change request to engineerin.

Ensure compliance of all divisional safety policies and procedures

Perform capabilities studies

Support PPAP dimensional requirements

Understand capability studies.

Proficient in GD+T.

Proficient with inspection equipment including: Calipers, Tape Measure, Gages, Micrometers, height gages.

Must be able to perfom and evaluate results of various types of testing, document inspection and / or test results. Required Education and Experience Advanced education preffered.

CMM Programming

Basic knowledge of inventory and manufacturing software

GD+T knowledge and experinence

Working knowledge of MS Office Preferred Education and Experience Previous quality experience preferred

Quality assurance and auditing experience in a similar industry preferred. Strong attention to detail, organization and time management skills preferred. Work Authorization/Security Clearance Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Why We are
