Monday-Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm

Role:
In this role, you'll be responsible for creating and maintaining CMM programs, performing dimensional inspections, and supporting quality documentation efforts across a range of parts. You'll play a key role in ensuring that production aligns with customer design specifications and internal quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Program and prove out CMM inspection routines using PC-DMIS
  • Conduct in-depth part layouts and dimensional analyses
  • Support first-piece, in-process, and final inspections
  • Collaborate with machinists and operators to resolve discrepancies
  • Assist with documentation including ballooned drawings, inspection sheets, SPC charts, and more
  • Participate in internal quality audits and maintain gage calibration records
What We're Looking For:
  • 2-3 years of CMM programming experience preferred
  • Familiarity with PC-DMIS software
  • Solid understanding of GD&T and blueprint interpretation
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing quality environment
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to work in both lab and shop settings
