Why Join Sjoberg? ✅ Stable, family-owned manufacturer with a strong reputation ✅ Hands-on role with visibility and influence across the organization ✅ Opportunity to work closely with Engineering, Production, and Leadership ✅ Advanced inspection technology, including ROMER Arm and Virtek Scanner systems ✅ Clean, organized manufacturing environment ✅ Full benefits package and 401(k) match ✅ Tuition reimbursement and professional development opportunities ✅ Team-oriented culture focused on quality and continuous improvement What You'll Do Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections Interpret blueprints, GD&T, work orders, and engineering drawings Conduct dimensional, weld, paint, fit, and visual inspections Analyze quality data and identify trends or recurring issues Support root cause investigations and corrective actions Assist with PPAP documentation and quality system activities Identify opportunities for process and quality improvements Work directly with Production and Engineering to resolve issues Complete inspection reports, NCRs, and quality documentation Tools & Technology You'll Use ROMER Articulating Arm CMM Virtek Scanner Calipers, micrometers, height gages Pin gages, thread gages, and other precision measuring equipment What We're Looking For Quality inspection, quality auditing, quality technician, or manufacturing quality experience Strong blueprint and GD&T interpretation skills Experience using precision measuring equipment Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail Ability to communicate effectively with production and engineering teams Experience in fabrication, welding, sheet metal, or manufacturing environments is preferred Ideal For Candidates Who Are...
