Family-owned manufacturer with a strong reputation Collaborative, team-oriented culture Advanced inspection technology, including ROMER Arm and Virtek Scanner systems Competitive pay, full benefits, and 401(k) match Tuition reimbursement and professional development opportunities Clean, organized manufacturing environment Key Responsibilities Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections Interpret blueprints, GD&T, and engineering drawings Conduct dimensional, weld, paint, fit, and visual inspections Support root cause analysis and corrective actions Analyze quality data and identify improvement opportunities Complete inspection reports, NCRs, and quality documentation Partner with Production and Engineering to resolve quality concerns Qualifications Experience in quality inspection, auditing, or manufacturing quality Strong blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation skills Proficiency with precision measuring equipment Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Manufacturing, fabrication, welding, or sheet metal experience preferred Ideal Candidates This position is ideal for Quality Inspectors, Quality Auditors, Quality Technicians, or hands-on Quality Engineers who want to make an impact beyond inspection and contribute to process improvement and manufacturing excellence.
