Electronics Sorter Full-Time |
Temp-to-Hire Pay:
Competitive, Based on Experience Co-Staff Corp is currently hiring an Electronic Sorter for a growing manufacturing facility. We are looking for dependable individuals with strong attention to detail who can accurately sort, inspect, and organize electronic components in a fast-paced production environment. This position is ideal for candidates with manufacturing, warehouse, inspection, assembly, or electronics experience. Entry-level candidates with excellent attention to detail are also encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Sort and organize electronic components according to specifications. Inspect materials for defects, damage, or quality concerns. Identify and separate non-conforming products and materials. Accurately label, package, and prepare products for production or shipment. Maintain inventory accuracy and organization within the work area. Follow work instructions, production schedules, and quality standards. Perform basic data entry and documentation as required. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals. Qualifications Previous manufacturing, warehouse, production, or inspection experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to distinguish between different electronic components and part numbers. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Basic computer skills are a plus. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical Requirements Ability to sit or stand for extended periods. Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds as needed. Strong visual attention to detail.
