Comprehensive Training:

Receive structured training to understand food safety standards and quality management systems. Position Summary As a Quality Technician Trainee, you will play a vital role in ensuring our manufacturing processes comply with Nestlé's high-quality standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

Reviewing processing records for accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements. Performing inspections to maintain high-quality products and services. Monitoring formula specifications and keeping accurate records for compliance. Collecting microbiological samples and maintaining a clean, safe work environment. Participating in quality initiatives to continuously improve processes. What Will Make You Successful To thrive as a Quality Technician Trainee, you should possess the following skills and attributes:

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience:

Previous experience in food manufacturing is a plus.

Communication Skills:

Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Team Player:

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Attention to

Detail:

Strong focus on detail and organizational skills.

Time Management:

Excellent time-management skills and the ability to multitask.

Work Environment Physical Requirements:

Equal amounts of sitting, standing, and walking, with the ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Shift Structure:
