About us Beamaco is a Family-owned small business. We are a machine shop specializing in High-Mix, Low-Volume machining and welding for OEMs of varying industries. Overview We are seeking a meticulous Quality Assurance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with quality systems, including ISO, and possess a keen eye for detail. This is a great opportunity for individuals with a passion for ensuring products meet high-quality standards. Responsibilities
  • Utilize tools such as Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM)/FARO Arm, micrometers, calipers, and precision measuring instruments to inspect and analyze products
  • Conduct quality audits to identify defects and deviations from specifications
  • Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues promptly Experience
  • Previous experience in quality assurance or a related field is preferred
  • Familiarity with using precision measuring instruments and conducting quality inspections
  • Knowledge of quality systems and standards
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications, including GD&T and specific customer requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
