Collaborate with a supportive team. Enjoy opportunities for occasional weekend overtime. Responsibilities As a Tool Tester, you will: Conduct hands-on testing of various power tools and equipment. Follow detailed work instructions and testing procedures. Track and accurately record cycle counts and completed applications. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized testing environment. Wear required personal protective equipment while operating equipment. Qualifications The ideal candidate will have: A high school diploma or GED. At least one year of experience using power tools or working in a manufacturing or test laboratory environment preferred. Mechanical or electrical aptitude preferred. The ability to read and speak English. A positive attitude, flexibility, and the ability to work well with others. Physical Requirements Lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally. Stand and walk for up to eight hours per day. Work on concrete floors in hot and cold environments. Wear safety glasses, hearing protection, work gloves, and other required PPE. Move safely across uneven surfaces and through a busy testing area. Use stairs and work near loud equipment. What Happens Next?
