Responsibilities Execute comprehensive quality audits and First Piece Inspections to ensure adherence to strict technical specifications. Manage nonconforming materials by implementing containment protocols and coordinating with production teams to resolve issues. Validate the accuracy of measurement tools, including calipers and micrometers, to ensure reliable data collection. Drive corrective action initiatives by utilizing methodologies like 5-Why to address internal KPIs and customer feedback. Provide technical guidance to manufacturing personnel regarding quality procedures and updated work instructions. Maintain shop floor inspection systems and automated equipment to ensure peak operational performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate findings into Control Plans and PFMEA documentation. Uphold rigorous safety standards, including the consistent use of PPE and adherence to industrial hygiene protocols. Required Skills High school diploma or GED equivalent.
