Role:
Mallory Safety & Supply is hiring a Shop Technician to support our ENSA North America team! In this role, you'll play a critical part in supporting ENSA's safety training and field operations, both behind the scenes and in the field. This is a hands-on, dynamic position that blends shop, warehouse, and field support. You'll help keep our shop organized, equipment ready, and materials prepared for training and customer projects. From managing inventory and assembling equipment to staging materials for tower builds, your work directly supports ENSA's ability to deliver safe, efficient, and high-impact training experiences. During active projects, you may also travel with the team to customer sites to assist with tower builds and onsite support. How You'll Make an
Impact:
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment Receive, unload, and accurately stock incoming inventory Monitor inventory levels and support restocking efforts Organize tools, materials, and equipment for efficient daily operations Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment safely Assist with loading and unloading deliveries Support internal material movement and staging for projects Assist with assembly of equipment and components used in training and field projects Prepare materials and equipment for tower builds and customer site work Travel with build teams as needed to support onsite setup and execution Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment Coordinate outgoing shipments and verify order accuracy Ensure timely and organized delivery of materials to job sites Clean, inspect, and maintain tools and equipment Report any issues or maintenance needs to leadership
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a warehouse, shop, or hands-on role preferred Ability to lift and move materials, including heavier items, throughout the day Comfort working in a fast-paced, physically active environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed Ability to take direction and adapt as projects evolve Valid driver's license required; ability to operate company vehicles as needed Forklift experience or willingness to become certified Experience driving trailers is a plus Willingness to travel occasionally to support onsite customer projects Hiring great people is the most important thing we do.
