Full-Time | Direct Hire- Northeast Milwaukee/New Berlin Markets Are you experienced with CMM inspections and enjoy working hands-on with precision measurement equipment? We are seeking a Quality Technician / CMM Programmer to support manufacturing operations by performing inspections, developing measurement programs, and ensuring products meet customer and quality standards. This position offers a balanced mix of CMM programming, inspection, and quality support activities. The ideal candidate enjoys working on the shop floor, solving problems, and contributing directly to product quality. What You'll Do Set up and operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs) to inspect components and finished products Create, edit, and optimize CMM inspection programs using PC-DMIS Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections Use precision measuring equipment including calipers, micrometers, indicators, gauges, and vision inspection systems Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and product specifications Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records Support production teams by identifying and resolving quality concerns Assist with corrective action investigations and root cause analysis activities Participate in internal and customer quality audits as needed Verify products meet customer, regulatory, and internal quality requirements prior to shipment What We're Looking For Experience operating and inspecting parts with CMM equipment Hands-on experience with Hexagon or Mitutoyo CMMs preferred PC-DMIS programming experience preferred Ability to develop and modify CMM programs from scratch Strong understanding of blueprint reading and GD&T Experience using a variety of inspection and measurement tools Ability to work independently while collaborating with production and engineering teams Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Why Join Us?
