Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Converting/Printing Inspector to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet stringent quality standards by performing precise inspections, conducting comprehensive quality audits, and being boots on the ground to support the manufacturing team. Responsibilities:
Monitor quality of every process line running during the shift. Collaborate with Production Team to execute on decisions made on quality problems. Communicate any quality issues found during the monitoring of production. Assist in the implementation of production process improvement and SOPs. Perform consistent sampling of all jobs on all lines according to internal SOPs. Perform SQF inspections. Leverage expertise and skills of operators , assistants, and leaders to grow as a quality professional. Partner daily with operators and leaders to ensure quality system is maintained. Partner daily with Production to ensure any quality occurrence is communicated and addressed in a timely manner. Serve as key communicator to Quality Manager and production resources. Maintain accurate and comprehensive log of quality activities, including capturing and reporting quality issues on communication tools provided. Qualifications High school diploma or GED 1-3 years experience in the printing/packaging industry Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Comfortable delivering and working with various departments.
