Job Description

Description:
Position Summary We are looking for a versatile Quality Inspector who balances a keen eye for detail with the physical capability to manage material flow. In this role, you won't just be at a desk; you will be on the front lines ensuring our products meet rigorous standards while actively managing inventory and moving materials via forklift to keep production running smoothly. We have 1 position open on 2nd shift and 1 position open on 3rd shift.
Requirements:
1. Quality Inspection & Compliance Perform visual and dimensional inspections of parts to ensure compliance with blueprints and quality standards. Conduct load checks to verify that outgoing shipments are secure, accurate, and properly documented. Document non-conformances and assist in the root-cause analysis of defects. 2. Inventory & Material Handling Maintain inventory control by accurately tracking raw materials and finished goods within the system. Safely operate a forklift to move heavy materials, stage production lines, and load/unload trailers. 3. Operational Support Serve as a flexible team member, "pitching in" to help with packing parts or other tasks as needed. Execute additional tasks as assigned by the Shift Supervisor to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications & Skills Experience:
Previous experience in a manufacturing quality role or warehouse environment preferred.
Technical Skills:
Ability to read blueprints/schematics and use basic measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
