Responsibilities Conduct hands-on quality support and inspections in a packaging warehouse Ensure products meet customer specifications and uphold GMP standards Analyze quality data and investigate root causes of issues Support continuous improvement initiatives and safety policies Maintain quality control procedures and participate in audits Qualifications Proven experience in quality assurance within manufacturing (blow mold, extrusion, injection, stretch) Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems such as TQM, 6-Sigma, ISO 9001, and EHS standards Ability to analyze data statistically and facilitate problem-solving Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and SAP (preferred) Skills Quality assurance and process improvement expertise Deep understanding of quality control procedures and root cause analysis Familiarity with GMP practices and COA management Experience with internal and external audits Ability to work a rotating shift (7am-7pm) and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Why choose Integrity Trade Services?
