We are currently seeking a dedicated Quality Technician to join our team in Sturtevant, WI. This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $22.50 and operates on a rotating 7am-7pm schedule. Core Responsibilities Perform essential quality inspections and hands-on support within our packaging facility Guarantee that all finished goods align with client requirements and adhere to established GMP protocols Evaluate quality metrics to identify and resolve the underlying causes of production defects Contribute to the success of safety programs and ongoing process enhancement projects Uphold rigorous quality control standards while assisting with internal and external audit processes Required Qualifications Demonstrated background in manufacturing quality assurance, specifically with blow mold, extrusion, injection, or stretch processes Solid grasp of Quality Management Systems, including ISO 9001, 6-Sigma, TQM, and EHS guidelines Demonstrated capacity to utilize statistical data for effective problem-solving Strong written and verbal communication abilities Working knowledge of SAP, MS Excel, and MS Word Essential Skills Expertise in driving process improvements and quality assurance initiatives Comprehensive knowledge of root cause analysis and quality control methodologies Practical experience with COA management and GMP compliance Background in participating in various types of quality audits Capability to thrive in a fast-paced setting while managing a rotating 7am-7pm schedule and multiple tasks Compensation and Benefits Employees receive a competitive weekly salary along with a full benefits package that includes vision, dental, and medical coverage.
