11:15pm - 7:45am Monday-Friday We are looking for a 3rd Shift Metrology Specialist to join our Quality Team! We are looking for individuals who are ready to learn and put their best foot forward in helping our company succeed for years to come! Under direction of the Quality Lead, the Quality Technician provides additional support for inspecting and assisting Manufacturing teams to make parts to customer specifications. Primary Duties 1.

Support Manufacturing and Quality:

Performs in-process inspections requiring variable/attribute test methods that require gauges.

Examples include:

Tensile Testing Moisture Analysis Leak Testing Running programs on the CMM Go - No Go Gauging Metrology involving micrometers, calipers, digital gauges Record measurements in IQMS. 2. Creates notifications per the procedure for Control of Non-Conforming Product during manufacturing and when non-conforming product is found in audits. 3. Follows established metrology, safety and test equipment procedures. 4. Ensures all metrology lab procedures are current and up to date. 5. Assists with gauge calibration. 6. Perform basic maintenance to keep QA equipment (QA1, QA2, Inspection Stations) clean and in good working order. Reports all damaged, nonfunctional or out of calibration equipment. 7. Communicate all relevant quality information with the quality and manufacturing personnel on other shifts. Education and/or Experience 1. High School diploma or equivalent preferred. 2. Experience using PC based software and data entry. 3. Minimum of one year experience in a Quality Inspector role or a Team Leader/Assistant. Quality training and certification a plus. 4. Experience with various hand measuring tools (i.e. micrometer, dial caliper, dial indicator, etc.) 5. Able to lift up to 40 lbs. 6. Able to demonstrate proficiency in basic arithmetic. 7. Vision 20/20 corrected. 8. Must have normal color perception. Must not be color blind.
