Location:
Watertown, WI Shift/Work Schedule:

Receiving and organizing raw materials in inventory Gathering ingredients and transporting them to the syrup room for blending Mixing syrup ingredients following established procedures and quality standards Running control tests on finished syrups to ensure great taste and consistency Unloading liquid sweetener deliveries Preparing and monitoring production line equipment Cleaning and sanitizing batch tanks and equipment Performing laboratory tests (including bacteriology, CO₂, and HPLC testing) Maintaining accurate records, logs, and quality documentation Troubleshooting and documenting production line issues Supporting water treatment systems, including RO systems Keeping your work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards Following all food safety regulations (FSMA, HACCP, HARPC), GMP, and sanitation guidelines

What You'll Bring:
A high school diploma or equivalent Strong basic math skills A general understanding of chemicals (or willingness to learn) Clear communication skills and the ability to follow instructions Basic computer experience (helpful, but not required) Lifting up to 55 lbs regularly (and occasionally 75-100 lbs) Climbing stairs, bending, reaching, and twisting as needed Standing, walking, or sitting for extended periods Working overtime when needed (up to 64 hours/week) Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis.
