$23 + $1 shift differential Ensure Quality. Protect the Customer. Drive Continuous Improvement. We're looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Auditor to help ensure our manufacturing processes and finished products consistently meet quality standards and customer expectations. In this role, you'll perform process and product audits, support quality investigations, drive compliance with ISO and food safety requirements, and partner with production teams to promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement. If you're passionate about manufacturing quality, process improvement, and solving problems before they reach the customer, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Perform process audits throughout manufacturing operations to verify compliance with quality standards and operating procedures. Conduct in-process and finished product inspections to ensure products meet company specifications and customer requirements. Execute material dispositions and containment activities while partnering with Quality Assurance and Operations leadership when required. Impound and release materials according to established quality procedures. Perform risk-based inspections based on manufacturing performance and quality metrics. Investigate quality concerns and assist with customer complaint investigations , root cause analysis, and corrective actions. Audit manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with ISO quality standards , food safety requirements, and internal procedures. Complete quality documentation, inspection reports, audit records, and electronic data accurately and on time. Maintain product retain samples and update quality databases. Support and conduct internal ISO and food safety audits and assist during external customer and certification audits. Participate in Continuous Improvement , Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and defect reduction initiatives. Assist with onboarding and training new employees while providing refresher training for production teams. Approve medical clean processes in accordance with quality requirements. Provide backup support for other Quality team members during absences. Proactively communicate quality risks, audit findings, and customer concerns to the QA Lead and Quality Supervisor. Partner closely with manufacturing teams to promote quality awareness and customer-focused decision making. Qualifications Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree in Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field preferred). Minimum 1 year of manufacturing quality, quality assurance, or quality inspection experience . Experience performing product inspections, process audits, or quality verification in a manufacturing environment. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and documentation skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including Production, Operations, and Engineering.
