• 25/hour (DOE) Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Industrial Sewer to join a growing manufacturing team in Central Phoenix.

This role is responsible for sewing, assembling, and finishing heavy-duty textiles and materials used in industrial applications. The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, craftsmanship, and the ability to meet production standards in a fast-paced environment. Schedule (4) 10's

• 2:30 PM Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance (through UHC) Paid Time Off (PTO) and vacation Additional week off between Christmas and New Year's Eve 401(k) with company match Dog-friendly facility (trained dogs only) Key Responsibilities Operate industrial sewing equipment, including single-needle, double-needle, serger, and grommet machines Sew industrial textiles, filter cloths, and other heavy-duty materials according to specifications and samples Measure and cut materials from mill rolls using established layout guidelines Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards and identify defects Assemble, package, and prepare finished goods for shipment Perform basic machine adjustments and routine maintenance Accurately record production activity (e.
