Job Description

Are you an experienced Sewing Machine Operator with a background in garment manufacturing? We are seeking skilled individuals who can operate multiple industrial sewing machines and are committed to producing high-quality apparel products.
Job Responsibilities:
Operate industrial sewing machines to assemble and sew garment pieces. Work with a variety of fabrics and garment styles. Maintain production goals while ensuring quality standards are met. Inspect finished products for accuracy and workmanship. Follow work orders, specifications, and production schedules. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of garment manufacturing experience preferred. Must be able to operate at least 3 different sewing machines .
Experience with machines such as:
Single Needle Double Needle Overlock/Serger Coverstitch Flatlock Feed-Off-The-Arm Ability to sew garments with speed and accuracy. Strong attention to detail and quality. Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Pay:
Starting rate: $18.50/hour Starting rate for candidates with Flatlock experience: $19.50/hour Higher pay may be offered based on: Years of sewing experience Number of machines operated Types of machines mastered Overall garment production experience Embark on a fulfilling career where your sewing skills make a tangible difference!
