In this vital role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality garment samples by sewing and assembling fabric pieces with precision and care. Your expertise will help bring design concepts to life, ensuring each sample meets our exacting standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with diverse materials and develop your skills in garment construction within a fast-paced, innovative environment. Responsibilities Operate industrial sewing machines, sergers, and embroidery equipment to assemble garment samples efficiently and accurately Measure fabric and finished products using various measuring instruments to ensure dimensional accuracy according to specifications Cut fabric manually with precision tools, following detailed patterns and measurements for sample creation Construct garments by sewing seams, attaching trims, and performing seam construction techniques that meet quality standards in production Handle materials carefully during storage, transportation, and assembly to prevent damage or defects Maintain safety standards in production areas by following proper procedures and using protective equipment at all times Conduct quality inspections on finished samples, verifying adherence to design specifications and fabric materials Requirements Proven experience with garment sewing, including sewing machine operation, serging, and seam construction techniques Knowledge of measuring instruments and dimensional measurements for accurate sample creation Familiarity with fabric materials, upholstery fabrics, and their handling during sewing processes Ability to manually cut fabrics accurately following patterns and measurements Understanding of safety standards in production environments to maintain a safe workspace Experience working with industrial sewing machines, embroidery equipment, and warehouse operations is preferred Strong attention to detail with excellent manual dexterity and organizational skills Join our team as a Sample Sewer Apparel and bring creative designs into reality!
