In this role, you will be responsible for sewing fabric components according to company specifications and quality standards. You'll play a critical part in ensuring our products are assembled accurately, efficiently, and with care. Responsibilities Operate industrial sewing machines to produce sewn components and finished products Read and interpret work orders, patterns, and sewing instructions Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure accuracy and craftsmanship Maintain a clean and organized workstation Meet production quotas and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Report equipment malfunctions or product issues to supervisors promptly Assist with other tasks in the production line as needed Requirements Previous sewing experience in a manufacturing or upholstery setting preferred Ability to operate various types of industrial sewing machines (e.g., single-needle, double-needle, serger, etc.) Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed
