The Capper will use an industrial sewing machine to sew border, bottom panel and flange material together to form the bottom covering of a one-sided mattress.

Job Requirements:

Demonstrated ability to multitask with excellent attention to detail. Requires very good hand eye coordination and attention to detail. Ability to work at a fast-paced repetitive job. Ability to read and interpret documents, including but not limited to safety rules, procedures manual and policy manual. Strong interpersonal communication skills to effectively interact with Department Supervisor, Lead, coworkers, and other personnel. Demonstrated ability to solve problems in a practical, methodical way while working with a sense of urgency. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand for extended periods, to sit and talk or hear. While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works near moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is moderate.

Payrate:
