Training will be provided to the right person. The ideal individual should have good hand to eye coordination and have knowledge of basic shop operations. Steel or composite toe footwear is required. The ability to lift 58 Pounds will be required. Working hours are 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday including ½ day Saturday 6:00 AM to Noon.

Duties include:

Run Robot Assemble the 20-22 steel pieces necessary to make the catch basin inside of a jig, frame/grate, push the button MIG weld some pieces by hand Utilize electric hoist to move finished grate While robot makes part, remove finished part by hand (58 lbs.) from the opposite side of robot. Operating a bandsaw and punch press. Make fixes as needed and move to finished rack Replenish materials in area as needed, utilizing electric hoist Move empty/full racks as needed, utilizing electric hoist Keep area clean
