What You'll Do Follow detailed job order instructions accurately Set up and adjust machines for each job run to meet specifications Maintain strong attention to detail across all tasks Watch for mechanical issues and correct or report them promptly Follow safety guidelines and keep a clean, organized workspace Operate flatbed, cylinder-arm, and high-post sewing machines Adapt to new responsibilities as our company grows What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in the leather sewing industry Experience with automatic sewing machines a plus Ability to understand and follow job instructions Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
