The ideal candidate will have experience in heavy (thick) industrial sewing (this is not clothing), but a heavier and thicker material. Responsibilities Operate sewing machines to fabricate woven material according to specifications. Perform other tasks that including cutting, sewing on labels, and finishing. Maintain and troubleshoot sewing machines to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area. Inspect finished products for quality assurance and make necessary adjustments. Experience Previous experience as a Sewing Machine Operator (on thicker material) or in a similar role within the manufacturing industry is preferred. Proficiency in operating various types of sewing machines is required. Familiarity with fabric types and sewing techniques is a plus. Experience working in a warehouse setting. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
