Our team builds bags and accessories from high-quality materials, using skilled, precise construction. We are a small team, not a factory, and we care a lot about quality. Who we're looking for We need an experienced seamstress who already sews at a high level. You must be careful, detail-oriented, and take pride in your work. Our materials are limited and expensive, so mistakes are costly. This job is not for beginners. What you'll do Sew and finish leather and canvas bags and accessories to a high standard Use industrial sewing machines, including walking-foot and topstitching Cut and sew expensive materials carefully, with very little waste Use tools like a rotary cutter, brander, rivet setter, and snap setter safely Meet deadlines set by the Production Manager and report problems early What you need At least 3 years of industrial sewing experience (required); leather or handbag experience preferred Strong attention to detail Dependable, self-starter — able to work well without close supervision Comfortable using hot tools (irons, hot cutters) What we offer A small, friendly studio — flexible hours and room to grow Work with meaning: Beaudin profits help fight human trafficking through
