Sewing Machine Operator As an established, family-owned manufacturing company in Cynthiana, IN., Pearison, Inc. is a leader in Marching Band and Color Guard Uniform business with customers located all around the world. Position Summary:

A Sewing Machine Operator would work predominately within our Band Shoppe division manufacturing uniforms, flags, and custom accessories. Either working as a team or individually, you will learn to sew our garments from start to finish. Our sewing machine operators enjoy a clean, comfortable working environment and day shift scheduling.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain sewing machines to produce high-quality garments.
• Execute garment construction techniques, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and maintain workflow efficiency.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Assist in inventory management and material handling as needed.

Requirements:

• Prior sewing experience would be preferred; however, we are willing to train an eager individual who would be able to commit to our full-time position
• Knowledge of garment construction techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating instructions, procedure manuals, and safety rules.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining quality standards. Standard hours are Monday
• Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm CST Seasonal overtime required from July thru October; hours vary from season to season. No Sunday scheduling We offer a competitive wage and benefit package that includes: 401k
