Description:

Operate or tend sewing machines to join, reinforce, decorate, or perform related sewing operations in the manufacture of garment or non-garment products.

Requirements:

Possess ability to maintain flexible schedule to meet the demands of the department, i.e. overtime. Ability to communicate well, both verbally and in writing. Ability to listen to what is said and act upon it appropriately. Ability to use tact and empathy in dealing with people of varied backgrounds. Ability to establish effective working relationships. Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred. Experience in needle trades manufacturing processes preferred.

None Physical Demands The position requires staff to alternate from a sitting position to a standing position frequently. Repetitive motion required.
