Responsibilities Operate industrial straight stitch (Juki

) and Sergers (Juki
MO 4 & 5
thread) efficiently to produce garments, primarily jerseys Follow detailed sewing instructions and garment construction standards to maintain consistency and quality throughout production. Maintain safety standards in production by adhering to safety protocols and properly handling machinery to prevent accidents. Conduct quality checks on finished products, inspecting seam construction, dimensional measurements, and overall craftsmanship against quality standards in production. Assist with material handling tasks such as organizing supplies. Maintaining machines and work area, to ensure preparing materials for sewing operations. Experience 3+ years operating sewing machines, including industrial sewing machines and serging equipment. Knowledge of garment sewing & cut-and-sew operations and procedures Experience in sewing stretchy and other knit materials Basic skills in manual cutting (fabric cutting) and seam construction techniques. Awareness of safety standards in production facilities to maintain a safe working environment.
