Job Summary This Employee will be responsible for putting edge banding on boards per customer specifications, while following company standards. Duties and Responsibilities Verification that product being used is correct Check product as necessary to address quality concerns and defects Operating Edge Band machine Adjust the machine depending on thickness of edge band Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Repetitive motion, able to bend, push/pull, reach, grasp, twist, and lift up to 50 pounds daily Standing all day Basic computer, math, reading skills and comprehension Able to learn quality standards Following directions/procedures and knowledge of product Communication within department and with Managers/Supervisors Other duties as assigned Requirements Excellent attendance Ability to read measuring tape Correctly use calipers
