Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Industrial Sewing Machine Operator with a positive attitude that enjoys working on a great team.

Overview:

Sewing Machine Operators are responsible for operating industrial sewing equipment, while producing superior quality product. Additionally, you will be responsible to perform routine machine maintenance, quality inspection, and other duties to maintain quality standards and facilitate quick turn times and achieve production goals.

Job Duties:

Operate a foot pedal-driven straight-stitch sewing machine. Position, align, and feed materials through machine. Sew fabric materials according to work instructions. Inspect finished products. Meet quality and production expectations. Keep work area clean and organized. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Previous sewing or seamstress experience highly preferred. Assembly, machine operator, production experience required. Ability to read design specifications and patterns. Detail oriented, self-starter, fast learner. Basic computer proficiency. Ability to sit for extended periods and perform repetitive hand and foot movements.
