Job Description
Job Summary Foam Molder is responsible for setting up, operating, and tending molding machines to produce foam parts according to design specifications. They oversee the entire process from material preparation to final product finishing. Responsibilities Set up machine operating parameters (temperature, pressure, timing) from cycle sheets. Mix or prepare raw materials, such as liquid polyurethane or structural foam components, to proper specifications. Pour, pack, or inject foam materials into molds, ensuring even distribution and proper filling. Remove cured parts from molds, trim, sand and inspect for defects. HOURS 6:30 am - 3:00 pm
