Responsibilities:

Properly read and interpret work orders for production. Operate industrial sewing machines. Comply with all safety standards for sewing machine operation. Monitors machine operation and report problems. Understand requirements of the Sewing Department and produce quality work on a consistent basis. Understand and follow S.O.P.'s regarding work order routing. Experience:

Previous experience as a machine operator or in a similar role preferred Familiarity with warehouse operations and equipment Ability to read a tape measure Basic understanding of sewing machine mechanics and troubleshooting Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately Skilled in multi-tasking and working in fast paced environments STAR offers a competitive wage and full benefits in an engaging and collaborative work environment.
